Peter Satchelle

Registered Massage Therapist

Peter Satchelle became a Registered Massage Therapist after deciding to transition from a career in mortgage brokering and volunteer firefighting to a career in healthcare. He is a graduate of Everest College in Barrie, a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Peter is from Thornbury and enjoys playing hockey and experimenting with gourmet cooking.

Peter is skilled in a wide variety of massage techniques including myofascial release, trigger-point release, and joint mobilization and can treat patients for chronic pain conditions, sports and motor vehicle injuries, stress reduction, and relaxation. As a recipient of massage for past injuries, Peter’s empathy and understanding of the healing process is evident in his approach to treatment, helping patients get past healing plateaus and providing at-home exercises and activities to help keep the healing momentum going between treatments.

Teshla Novak

Registered Massage Therapist

Teshla Nowak graduated from Georgian College with honors and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in gaining the title RMT. Her education and experience have provided her the ability to treat clients with a variety of illnesses and injuries to help them return to optimal health. Her skills include Swedish massage, connective tissue techniques, joint play, trigger point therapy, and Hot Stone therapy. Leading a holistic lifestyle herself, Teshla advocates each client take a pro-active approach to their health by developing a treatment plan catered to each person’s individual needs.  Teshla warmly welcomes all new clients in hope to play a role in their path to health and wellness.

When not at work you will find Teshla spending time with her partner Jake and their beautiful baby.

Heather Gordon

Registered Massage Therapist

Heather Gordon is a registered massage therapist, who graduated from The College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto on the Presidents Honor List. She has been a registered member with the college of massage therapists of Ontario since 1999.  Before becoming an RMT, Heather was a Registered Practical Nurse.

Heather’s primary focus is to de-stress, relax, and rejuvenate her clients by using a variety of massage practices. She specializes in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone therapy.

When not working, you will find Heather spending time with her family, her three dogs, and a good book.

The reason Heather choose the massage therapy profession is because of her love and desire to want to help people. She firmly believes that the power of massage can help to alleviate so many ailments and create a more positive outlook on life.

Marjolain Meredithe

Registered Massage Therapist

Marjolain attended The Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in North York and received her registration in May 2018.  As a relatively recent graduate, Marjolain has a natural ability to set her clients at ease and get to the root of their issues.  Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Marjolain worked in the technology industry, where she observed how much people working behind desks need ongoing care for everything from generalized tension to repetitive strain injuries.  Marjolain believes in the importance of client education by providing clients with suggestions for everyday maintenance or home care exercises.

When Marjolain is not at work, she loves the outdoors and spending time with her family.
